Your privacy
Staying anonymous
We protect your identity on our side. These habits protect it on yours.
- Use a private device. Not a shared or work computer. Keep it updated and locked.
- Browse privately. A private window, or a browser with a trusted VPN or Tor, so your location is not tied to your visit.
- Never reuse credentials. Your alias should resemble nothing you have used elsewhere. Your passphrase must be unique, long, and kept in a password manager.
- Keep it off the record. No screenshots, no saved links, no notes in cloud-synced apps. Log out and clear history when done.
- Separate contact details. Use an email or number that is not linked to your public name or accounts.
- Share nothing publicly. Do not mention us or any introduction on social media or in group chats.
- Trust only the house. We will never ask for your passphrase. Only your assigned concierge contacts you. If anyone else claims to speak for us, check with your concierge first.
- Mind your surroundings. Check for shoulder-surfers, shared screens, and notification previews on a locked phone.
